At La Bomberie, we aim to offer prompt and reliable shipping services, delivering your orders to your doorstep with just a few simple clicks.
Please read the following terms to understand our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Rates

For orders under USD 90.00, a flat-rate delivery charge of USD 4.00 will be applied for delivery all over Lebanon. However, any purchase amount equal to or exceeding USD 90.00 will be delivered free of charge for delivery all over Lebanon.

MOMENTS™ Gift Cards are not eligible for free shipping. If your checkout includes gift card(s) along with other items, the total price of the items (excluding the card(s)) must be equal to or exceed USD 90.00 to qualify for free delivery across Lebanon.

Acceptable Payment Methods

We accept cash payments in either US Dollars or Lebanese Pounds at our company’s current exchange rate on the date of payment.
We also accept pre-order dispatch payments via Western Union transfer or Whish Money transfer. Please note that we do not accept payment by check.

Handling Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 working days of date of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range between 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that during sale periods and promotions, delivery times may be extended beyond normal.
The goods are on customer responsibility from the time we deliver them to the Shipping Address provided on order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within Lebanon.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

No Delivery Accepted

Please note that parcels will only be delivered upon full payment 100% in cash upon delivery. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the shipping address is deemed unsafe. You can request a change of shipping address anytime before your order is dispatched by contacting our customer service.
