RETURN & REFUND

At La Bomberie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple refund process.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

  • Items must be returned within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges or refunds will not be provided for any reason.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@labomberie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  4. If your refund is approved, the credit will be returned to you within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
