At La Bomberie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple refund process.
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
- Items must be returned within 72 hours of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges or refunds will not be provided for any reason.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@labomberie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, the credit will be returned to you within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
